Welcome to CATCH UP! ("CATCH UP!", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CATCH UP! website, applications, products, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. About CATCH UP!

CATCH UP! is a social coordination platform designed to help friends share availability, discover mutual opportunities to connect, and coordinate real-world meetups.

CATCH UP! is not a dating service, employment platform, background screening service, transportation provider, event organizer, emergency service, security provider, or law enforcement agency.

CATCH UP! provides communication and coordination tools only.

2. Eligibility

To use CATCH UP!, you must:

• Be at least thirteen (13) years of age;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law;
• Not have previously been permanently suspended or removed from the Service.

Certain features may be restricted to users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

We reserve the right to require age verification at any time.

3. Account Registration

To create an account, you must provide:

• A valid mobile phone number;
• OTP verification;
• A username.

You agree that:

• Information you provide is accurate and current;
• You will keep your information updated;
• You will maintain control of your account credentials;
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

You may not:

• Create accounts for others without authorization;
• Sell or transfer accounts;
• Share account access;
• Circumvent suspensions or bans.

4. Description of the Service

CATCH UP! allows users to:

• Broadcast current availability;
• Publish future plans;
• Discover friends who have chosen to share availability;
• Receive notifications related to availability and plans;
• Coordinate social interactions outside the platform.

CATCH UP! does not guarantee:

• Responses to broadcasts;
• Availability of friends;
• Successful meetups;
• Accuracy of user information;
• User conduct;
• User identity.

5. No Identity Verification

Except where expressly stated otherwise, CATCH UP! does not verify:

• Identity;
• Age;
• Employment;
• Education;
• Professional credentials;
• Criminal history;
• Reputation;
• Background information.

Phone verification confirms only that a user has access to a phone number at a particular time.

You should not assume any user is who they claim to be.

6. No Background Checks

CATCH UP! does not perform:

• Criminal background checks;
• Sex offender checks;
• Employment verification;
• Credit checks;
• Character assessments;
• Safety screenings.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating the individuals with whom they choose to interact.

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your conduct;
• Your decisions;
• Your interactions with other users;
• Your communications;
• Any in-person meetings.

You acknowledge that meeting another person carries inherent risks.

You assume all risks associated with:

• Online interactions;
• Offline interactions;
• Travel;
• Social gatherings;
• Personal safety decisions.

8. Location Information

CATCH UP! may allow users to share:

• City information;
• Travel plans;
• Availability windows;
• Location-related information.

Location information:

• May be inaccurate;
• May be delayed;
• May be intentionally falsified;
• May become outdated.

You should never rely upon location information for safety-critical decisions.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By posting content, you grant CATCH UP! a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You represent that:

• You own the content;
• You have rights to share it;
• It does not violate law or third-party rights.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Harass others;
• Threaten others;
• Stalk others;
• Doxx others;
• Impersonate others;
• Commit fraud;
• Spread malware;
• Collect user data without permission;
• Scrape the platform;
• Use bots without authorization;
• Exploit minors;
• Promote violence;
• Promote terrorism;
• Engage in illegal activity.

Any violation may result in immediate enforcement action.

11. Child Safety

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• Grooming;
• Exploitation of minors;
• Child trafficking;
• Child endangerment.

We reserve the right to report suspected violations to appropriate authorities.

12. Reporting and Enforcement

Users may report abuse, fraud, safety concerns, impersonation, harassment, and child safety issues.

We may:

• Remove content;
• Restrict visibility;
• Suspend accounts;
• Permanently terminate accounts;
• Cooperate with law enforcement.

We are not obligated to take any specific action in response to any report.

13. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability;
• Error-free operation;
• Data preservation;
• Security against all threats.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

14. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with WhatsApp, SMS providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, and cloud infrastructure providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CATCH UP! disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, and accuracy.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CATCH UP!, its officers, employees, contractors, investors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury;
• Death;
• Property damage;
• Emotional distress;
• Loss of profits;
• Loss of data;
• Lost opportunities;
• User conduct;
• Criminal acts by users.

This limitation applies whether interactions occur online or offline.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CATCH UP! and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your conduct, your content, your interactions with other users, or violations of these Terms.

18. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion, including for safety concerns, legal compliance, abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms. Termination may occur without prior notice.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

20. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Users waive the right to participate in class actions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes may be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
