CATCH UP! is operated by Believe India LLC, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, United States.

Important Notice

CATCH UP! is designed to help people coordinate real-world interactions.

The core purpose of the platform is to enable users to share availability, coordinate meetups, reconnect with friends, and discover opportunities to meet in person.

Because the Service facilitates real-world interactions, users should carefully review and understand the risks described in this Disclosure.

By using CATCH UP!, creating broadcasts, creating plans, responding to availability, arranging meetings, or participating in any in-person interaction connected to the Service, you acknowledge and accept the risks described below.

1. CATCH UP! Is a Coordination Platform

CATCH UP! provides tools that help users coordinate social interactions.

CATCH UP! is not:

• A dating service
• A transportation provider
• A security service
• A background screening service
• An event organizer
• A travel provider
• A law enforcement agency
• A personal safety service
• An emergency response service

CATCH UP! facilitates communication and coordination only. Users remain solely responsible for all decisions made before, during, and after any interaction.

2. No Identity Verification

CATCH UP! does not verify the identity of users. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, CATCH UP! does not verify:

• Names
• Ages
• Employment
• Education
• Credentials
• Professional affiliations
• Travel claims
• Relationship status
• Personal history

Phone number verification only confirms that a person has access to a phone number. It does not establish identity.

Users should not assume that another person's profile, statements, broadcasts, plans, or representations are accurate.

3. No Background Checks

CATCH UP! does not conduct:

• Criminal background checks
• Sex offender registry checks
• Employment verification
• Character assessments
• Reputation assessments
• Financial screenings

Users should not assume another user has been screened, approved, vetted, investigated, or evaluated by CATCH UP!.

4. No Safety Guarantees

CATCH UP! cannot guarantee safety, compatibility, good intentions, truthfulness, reliability, conduct, or behavior.

Any user may misrepresent themselves, their intentions, their location, or their plans.

Users assume responsibility for evaluating the individuals they choose to engage with.

5. Real-World Risks Exist

Meeting another person involves inherent risks. These risks may include:

• Harassment
• Theft
• Assault
• Property damage
• Fraud
• Emotional harm
• Financial loss
• Physical injury
• Serious bodily injury
• Death

These risks may arise regardless of whether the individuals involved are friends, former colleagues, family acquaintances, social contacts, or existing connections.

No technology platform can eliminate these risks.

6. Location Information May Be Incorrect

Location information available through CATCH UP! may be inaccurate, delayed, outdated, misleading, or intentionally falsified.

Users should never rely on location information for emergency decisions, personal security, travel safety, or locating another person.

Location-related information should be treated as informational only.

7. Travel Risks

Users who travel based on information shared through CATCH UP! do so entirely at their own risk. Travel-related risks may include transportation disruptions, safety incidents, fraud, crime, miscommunication, and financial losses.

CATCH UP! does not organize, supervise, or verify travel arrangements.

8. Alcohol and Substance Risks

Meetups may occur in environments where alcohol is consumed, drugs are present, or judgment may be impaired. Impaired judgment may increase risk.

Users remain solely responsible for their decisions, their actions, and their safety. CATCH UP! does not monitor or supervise meetups.

9. Financial Risks

Users should never assume another user is trustworthy solely because they appear on CATCH UP!.

Users should exercise caution regarding requests for money, investments, loans, business opportunities, and financial transactions.

CATCH UP! is not responsible for financial losses resulting from interactions between users.

10. Minors

Special caution should be exercised when interactions involve minors.

CATCH UP! does not supervise meetings involving minors, transportation of minors, or activities involving minors. Parents and guardians remain responsible for decisions involving minors.

11. Meetups Are User Decisions

Every meetup arranged through CATCH UP! is initiated, organized, and attended by users themselves.

CATCH UP! does not recommend specific meetings, endorse participants, approve participants, or supervise participants.

The decision to meet another person is solely yours.

12. Safety Recommendations

Meet in public: choose coffee shops, restaurants, public venues, and well-trafficked locations.

Maintain transportation independence: retain the ability to leave independently.

Inform trusted individuals: tell someone where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to return.

Trust your instincts: if something feels wrong, leave. You do not owe anyone an explanation.

13. Emergency Situations

CATCH UP! is not an emergency service. CATCH UP! cannot dispatch police, medical services, or security personnel, and cannot provide emergency assistance.

If you believe there is an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

14. Assumption of Risk

By using CATCH UP! and participating in any interaction arising from the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

• Communications
• Introductions
• Travel
• Social gatherings
• Meetings
• Activities
• Events

whether occurring online or offline. These risks include both known and unknown risks.

15. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and discharge Believe India LLC, CATCH UP!, and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, investors, advisors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from user interactions, meetups, communications, travel, events, or third-party conduct, whether occurring before, during, or after any interaction facilitated by the Service.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

CATCH UP! shall not be responsible for user conduct, criminal conduct, fraud, harassment, stalking, violence, property damage, injury, or death arising from user interactions.

Nothing in this Disclosure limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

17. Reporting Safety Concerns

Users are encouraged to report harassment, stalking, fraud, threats, child safety concerns, and dangerous conduct to safety@catchup.website.

Reports help us improve the safety of the platform.

18. Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this Disclosure periodically. Material changes may be communicated through service notifications, website notices, or email communications.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclosure.

By creating an account, using the Service, publishing a broadcast, publishing a plan, responding to a broadcast, arranging a meetup, or participating in an activity connected to CATCH UP!, you acknowledge that:

• You have read this Disclosure.
• You understand the risks described herein.
• You voluntarily assume those risks.
• You accept responsibility for your decisions and interactions.

CATCH UP! is a product operated by Believe India LLC. This In-Person Meeting Risk Disclosure supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Center, and Child Safety Policy.
