We may skip directly to higher enforcement levels when warranted.
19. Appeals
Users may request review of certain enforcement decisions. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal.
Appeals are reviewed based on:
- Available evidence
- Policy application
- User history
- Safety considerations
20. Building a Better Network
CATCH UP! succeeds when people spend less time coordinating and more time connecting. Every broadcast, plan, and interaction should contribute to that goal.
Before posting, ask yourself:
- Is this respectful?

- Is this welcome?
- Would I be comfortable if someone did this to me?
If the answer is no, do not do it.
