This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the CATCH UP! Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and governs the processing of personal data by Believe India LLC ("CATCH UP!") on behalf of users where applicable data protection laws apply, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and related laws.

1. Definitions

"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

"Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data including collection, storage, transmission, analysis, deletion, and disclosure.

"Controller" means the entity determining the purposes and means of processing.

"Processor" means the entity processing Personal Data on behalf of a Controller.

2. Scope

This DPA applies to Personal Data processed through:

• CATCH UP! accounts
• Broadcasts
• Plans
• Friend discovery
• Notifications
• Safety reports
• Support requests

3. Categories of Data

CATCH UP! may process:

• Phone numbers
• Usernames
• Profile information
• City information
• Contact discovery information
• Device information
• IP addresses
• Analytics data
• Safety reports

4. Processing Purposes

Personal Data may be processed for:

• Service delivery
• Authentication
• User discovery
• Notifications
• Abuse prevention
• Security monitoring
• Customer support
• Legal compliance

5. Subprocessors

CATCH UP! may engage subprocessors including cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, SMS providers, email providers, customer support providers, and security providers.

CATCH UP! shall maintain appropriate contractual safeguards with subprocessors.

6. International Transfers

Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, CATCH UP! may rely upon Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

7. Security Measures

CATCH UP! shall maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including:

• Encryption in transit
• Access controls
• Monitoring systems
• Logging systems
• Incident response procedures

8. Data Subject Rights

CATCH UP! shall support lawful requests relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability.

9. Security Incidents

CATCH UP! shall investigate security incidents and provide notifications where required by law.

10. Audit Rights

Where required by law, CATCH UP! may provide reasonable information demonstrating compliance with applicable privacy obligations.
